Our Non-Disclosure Agreement

Even before we begin hosting your mainframe workloads, we have to learn a lot about your information technology requirements.  That also means we have to learn about all the activities that are served or supported by computing.  And once we get rolling, we store, on your behalf, records that are private.  So, before we move ahead you might want us to promise, in writing, to treat the information you entrust with absolute discretion.  That's why we have a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement, which is here as a PDF you can download.

We belive our NDA is pretty well written.  But if it doesn't suit you (and your lawyers), you are free to amend it, replace it or ask us to execute an NDA your company has drawn up.  That's fine with us.  The whole point is to put you at ease.
